Heat seal shrink film
Hot seal knife sealing system is currently the most common, this system than the traditional use of hair hotline stable and durable. The sealing base is protected by Teflon tape. Sealing time, pressure and hot sealing knife temperature are the three important elements of complete sealing. If the sealing time is too short, the hot seal knife temperature is insufficient, the sealing pressure is not balanced or insufficient, the shrink film will not be able to cut off or appear broken sealing line. Conversely, if the sealing time is too long or the heat sealer temperature is too high, the shrink film is cut off but cannot be sealed. Therefore, the appropriate sealing time, hot sealing knife temperature and sealing pressure is very important. When sealing PVC shrink film, some carbon coke may stick to the hot seal knife, these coke will affect the operation of the sealing system and make the seal line unpleasant to the eye, so regular cleaning of the hot seal knife is necessary.
